Partners with business and technical teams to create and maintain IT processes and procedures. Work with IT and business application owners to help create and manage application lifecycle planning for critical business applications.
Job Responsibilities
Partners with business and technical teams to understand and define IT processes and procedures
Assist in creation of application lifecycle plans for critical business applications
Builds standards, processes and procedures, and guidelines for IT department
Helps ensure adherence to standards, processes, procedures and guidelines
Work across teams to ensure standards are being followed in a uniform way across the department
Performs other duties as assigned
Job Skills Requirements
- Excellent analytical and problem solving skills
- Excellent project management and prioritization skills Strong communication skills
- Proficient understanding ITIL, ITOM, ITSM Processes
- Experience in working with ServiceNow for Incident, Change, Problem, Request management
- Experience in working with application lifecycle management
- Experience in creating and managing IT processes and procedures
Education
Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or related field, or equivalent education and experience
Experience Requirements
- Minimum three years relevant experience
