We have several online tech support platforms providing you the opportunity to help with setting up online accounts, resetting passwords, and walking customers through tech support questions. We are actively seeking multiple Customer Service Representatives who are eager to help clients with inbound phone support as well as email and chat support.

Duties/Responsibilities:
- Answer incoming inquires through multiple channels including phone, email and chat.
- Create tickets and document support in detail as described in training.
- Engage with customers in a friendly and professional manner while actively listening.
- Offer support and solutions to customers in accordance with the company's policies.
- Ensure customer inquiries and issues are fully answered and resolved.
- Record customer information within our customer service database.
- Follow established Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
- Share shift summaries and reports with respective Supervisors and Managers.
- Maintain a high level of confidentiality due to the sensitive nature of information.
- Provide Remote Desktop (RDP) support
- Assist with connectivity issues for desktops, laptops and soft phone (SaaS)
- Ensure all PCs are update and running efficiently
Required Education/Skills/Abilities:
- Positive attitude
- High School Diploma or Equivalent preferred
- Customer Service Representative (CSR) experience a plus.
- Excellent verbal and written skills
- Professional demeanor with a good understanding of delivering excellent customer service.
- Familiar with operating a computer
- Fun upbeat personality.
- Comfortable providing written communication and documentation to describe actions taken.
