We are actively seeking multiple Customer Service Representatives who are eager to help clients with inbound phone support as well as email and chat support.

Duties/Responsibilities:

• Answer incoming inquires through multiple channels including phone, email and chat.
• Create tickets and document support in detail as described in training.
• Engage with customers in a friendly and professional manner while actively listening.
• Offer support and solutions to customers in accordance with the company's policies.
• Ensure customer inquiries and issues are fully answered and resolved.
• Record customer information within our customer service database.
• Follow established Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
• Share shift summaries and reports with respective Supervisors and Managers.
• Maintain a high level of confidentiality due to the sensitive nature of information.
• Provide Remote Desktop (RDP) support
• Assist with connectivity issues for desktops, laptops and soft phone (SaaS)
• Ensure all PCs are update and running efficiently

Required Education/Skills/Abilities:

• Positive attitude
• High School Diploma or Equivalent preferred
• Customer Service Representative (CSR) experience a plus.
• Excellent verbal and written skills
• Professional demeanor with a good understanding of delivering excellent customer service.
• Familiar with operating a computer
• Fun upbeat personality.
• Comfortable providing written communication and documentation to describe actions taken.
