Role- Technical Communicator
Location- NYC-388g (Preferred) Tampa FL (2nd option)
Duration- 6 months
- Looking for a Technical Communicator
- Working on communications materials, drafting, editing, policies updates, organizations announcement and templates
- Help managing virtual communications, meetings, understand zoom technologies like opening up zoom calls, muting/unmuting all attendees.
- Support on updating monthly newsletter, ICRM bulletin.
- Manage contents as it comes in.
- Experience working with graphic elements would be huge plus- Adobe, illustrator, creative files.
General Professional Role:
o Communications skills. Excellent grammar, strong writing/drafting, editing, and verbal skills. Will require preparing communication templates for Senior Leaders across ICRM.
o Graphic design skills. PPT; Adobe; Illustrator. Will require creating and developing graphics [banners] for emails, PPT slides, (Town Hall) meetings, ICRM internal website
o Technically savvy and comfortable. To schedule run/host Zoom meetings and SliDo. Familiar with the platform functionality and features. Knowing Sharepoint is a plus!
o Swift and meticulous. Can work reasonably quickly with tight deadlines and turnarounds (at times) yet have a high regard for attention to detail
o Implementer, team player with a POV. Is OK to take direction from members of the team; but also willing to contribute and share POV and expertise
o Trusted communicator and advisor. Will require confidentiality in prepping certain communication materials.
o Analytical skills is a plus! To be able to see a downloaded report of metrics/data/participation and pull together top insights and themes (and even infographic is key)!
o Key projects will include: Working on a monthly organizational bulleting; preparing Sr Leadership email communications as needed; town hall materials, talking points.
o October (early-to-mid month) to May (as of now). Possible to extend if necessary
