We are looking for Technical Business Analyst to join our team! The Technical Business Analyst will work on the transportation management system application and solutions to drive business efficiencies and productivity for the TMS team. If this is you, or you like a challenge– let’s talk.

• Provide scenario based QA Testing and Tracking

• Provide TMS training to end users

• Help track application Enhancement requests

• Assist with troubleshooting Application issues

• First line of contact for TMS tickets

• Create and maintain TMS training manuals

• Work on customer presentations

• Assist Senior solutions architect with business requirements documentation

• Assist Senior solutions architect with new feature implementations

• Assist Senior solutions architect with hypercare post go-live

• Skills in Excel, PowerPoint and Smartsheet

• Attend meetings and capture meeting minutes

This position requires a great deal of independent thought, research and development, and implementation of applications for a variety of users.
