Express Employment is seeking a Tech Support Representativefor a local company in DeWitt, IA!
Responsibilities of the Tech Support Representative:
· Troubleshooting technical issues with customers over the phone
· Researching, identifying, and resolving technical issues
· Answering billing related question and manage customers issues
· Following up with customer accounts
· Other duties as assigned
Requirements of the Tech Support Representative
· High School Diploma or GED
· Excellent computer and Microsoft Office skills
· Understanding of electricity, chemistry and plumbing a plus
· Basic computer programming a plus
Compensation & Schedule details for the Tech Support Representative
· Full-Time
· Working 8:30am-5:30pm Monday – Friday
· $16.00-20.00/hour
