Fatburger & Buffalo's Express, established in 1952 with over 100 locations across the US and the World, is looking for qualified Restaurant Team Members for its locations in Woodland Hills and Sherman Oaks, California. Work in a fun, fast-paced location!
We are seeking the "Best of the Best" Team Members who have a passion for taking care of the guest!
POSITION SUMMARY
Provides basic restaurant operations during a specific shift. Follow cash handling procedures. Greet guests, take food orders, prepare food, and perform table visits and other duties as necessary to ensure a smoothly run shift while maintaining a sincere, caring and personable image for the guest and team. Maintain company standards of quality, cooking times and presentation of food, service, restaurant cleanliness and sanitation and safety.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
- Monitor Team Members and restaurant operations during a specified shift.
- Keep the staff motivated at work.
- Train all new team members and shift leaders according to company procedures and guidelines.
- Maintain company standards of quality, cooking times and presentation of food, service, restaurant cleanliness and sanitation, safety, and staff job satisfaction.
- Respond appropriately to guest concerns and communicate to management.

The ideal candidate will possess • 2+ years in an operational role with heavy volume exposure in a Casual Themed or Quick Service Restaurant. This is an extremely hands-on position that requires an operator to be in the trenches with the team. • Passion for the industry and a great attitude • Energy: A high-energy person that expresses a sense of urgency • Engaging personality: Likes being "On the Floor," likes being around people • The ability to delegate, multi-task, prioritize, give direction as well as take direction • Knowledge of Safe Food handling procedures and of health and sanitation laws. • Willing to work Weekends AND Weekdays and available for day and night shifts (we open at 11 am and close at 12 pm) • Reliable transportation and stable schedule • Computer Knowledge PC • POS Revel Knowledge
