Job Summary

Escape Trappe is currently hiring for a part time Team Leader! We are looking for enthusiastic, energetic, customer focused individuals who know how to bring fun to our unique business. Responsibilities and Duties

Some responsibilities include managing guest reservations by phone or in person, providing escape game introductions and rules in front of groups of guests, and monitoring escape games through use of technology, while providing clues. A Team Leader is also responsible to coach Clue Masters and open/close the venue in absence of the Venue Manager.

Qualifications and Skills

Our ideal Team Leader has the ability to bring fun to the workplace! Exceptional customer service skills are a must. The ability to think quickly and show your problem solving skills is also important. Basic knowledge of technology is required since our rooms are tech equipped and we use technology to communicate with guests in the escape rooms. We are looking for candidates who can lead and coach other employees.
