Applicants welcome to apply for a brand new program (Fall River PACT) that will provide intensive treatment, rehabilitation, and supportive services for individuals experiencing multiple life challenges, such as homelessness, unemployment, addictive disorders, legal involvement, and/or significant medical conditions.

The Team Lead assumes overall responsibility for leadership, vision, direction and daily supervision of the Program designed to serve young adults through geriatric clients with chronic mental illness. Ensures implementation of responsible clinical and management practice congruent with Agency mission which result in a high quality service to clients and sound fiscal management.

Qualifications:

· Master’s Degree in counseling, rehabilitative counseling, social work, clinical psychology, or closely related discipline

· One (1) year Administrative and Management experience with two (2) years experience in community support programs serving individuals with severe and persistent mental illness

· MA License preferred

· Portuguese speaking preferred

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $62,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
