Join and Lead our Team at our 12-bed Assisted Living Facility in Vancouver, WA!

We own and operate five local Adult Family Homes and one Assisted Living in Vancouver, WA. Belamour Care employs over 50 caregivers supporting us in giving seniors the best care in this season of their lives. We are a close-knit group of individuals that support each other and set each other up for success. We are licensed for 6-12 Residents per home and specialize in Dementia and Mental Health.

We are hiring for a supervisory position for our 12-bed Assisted Living Facility, providing a safe, encouraging environment for our Residents and Staff members. The Resident Manager/Team Lead is crucial in coordinating and overseeing the care of all residents in the facility, as well as leading the team through positive and cooperative interactions with co-workers. Team Lead/Resident Manager at the facility works closely with the Care Manager to keep the facility running smoothly and in compliance in all aspects of Residents, Team Members, and families.

Management experience is highly recommended. Occasional caregiving duties are required based on the teams needs.

RESPONSIBILITIES: Oversee and manage all aspects of the facility, including Residents and the team, with the support of the Care Manager.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Able to clear a fingerprint Background check per DSHS.
• Must be 21 years of age or older.
• Ability to speak and understand English proficiently.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $24.00 - $32.00 per hour
