Team Lead I- Lake Zurich, IL, US
The Bankruptcy Cash Team Lead provides support to department representatives by monitoring and prioritizing workflow, handling escalated or complex issues, and serving as an expert on the services and procedures of the department.
Responsibilities:
- Drive and direct the performance of the Bankruptcy Cash Team
- Provide individual coaching and training as needed, leading the Team by example
- Ensure Team completion of work according to compliance guidelines
- Provide input to Management regarding Team activities, issues and productivity
- Resolve day-to-day employee and client issues
- Communicate changes and or updates of company and department policies and procedures to the Team
- Other duties and projects as assigned, aiding in other areas of the Mortgage Dispo department when needed

Minimum Requirements:
- High School diploma or equivalent, required, College degree preferred
- 3+ years Mortgage, Foreclosure or Loan experience, Paralegal certificate/experience a plus
- Solid PC skills: Proficient with MS Word and Excel, experience using Loan Servicing Systems
- Leadership ability; able to delegate, motivate and direct a team
- Proven effective time management skills; shown initiative to improve processes
- Effective oral and written communication skills, able to interact in a positive and professional manner at all times with all levels
