Job description
The Team Assistant is responsible for providing group and one-on-one services to autistic clients based on specific interventions that are derived from an individualized curriculum. The services are designed to continue the development of the social skills necessary to more fully interact with other children and are applied based on the principles of Applied Behavior Analysis. The Team Assistants will follow the direction of the Team Leader responsible for each group but overall supervision will fall to the Service Supervisor.
Requirements
- A minimum of 60 earned college credits required. Bachelor’s Degree in Human Services field and
one year experience preferred; other degrees or credits towards degrees can be accepted with specified work experience as outlined in current state guidelines.
- Prior work experience with children.
- Must possess basic personal computer knowledge and skills.

Schedule: Part Time (<30 hours/week), PT M-F Days/Evenings
