Requirements:

The Tax Credit/Rural Development Analyst will receive general supervision and direction from the Compliance Manager being responsible to assist and ensure continuation of compliance for 170+ LIHTC/RD properties. The Analyst will have knowledge and experience in the IRC Section 42 program and Rural Development Affordable Housing programs. The Tax Credit Analyst will have oversight and review of all tax credit related functions for new construction and rehab tax credit projects to ensure full compliance for initial certifying files and the timely delivery of tax credits. The Tax Credit Analyst must have a thorough understanding of State, Local and Investor related reporting requirements.

  • Reviewing Applicants for LIHTC and Rural Development Eligibility
  • Monthly State and Investor Reporting
  • Maintaining State reporting agency software
  • Annual Owner Certification Reporting
  • Conducting Property File Audits
  • Provide Property Manager Training As Needed
  • Must have 3-5 years of experience in AFFORDABLE HOUSING
  • HCCP designation preferred
