General Summary:
The Talent Sourcer is responsible for resourcing, screening and presenting qualified physician candidates. Must maintain an understanding of the business flow and needs of internal customers. Relying on strong communication skills, research abilities, the creative utilization of all online, social media, and other sources for finding physician talent, create and execute a strategy to build and maintain a talent pipeline.

Principal Duties & Responsibilities:
1. Sourcing, screening and presenting physician candidates for consideration.
2. Design, develop and implement innovative sourcing and networking strategies designed to identify and attract talent to the organization.
3. Partner with the business to establish, develop, and maintain on-going relationships with key leaders to understand the business and its recruiting needs.
4. Lead and have ownership over programs with minimal supervision and ability to create a strategy and execute against it.
5. Work with Physician Recruiter and hiring manager to define candidate personas.
6. Revise job postings as needed, work with Marketing team to create job ads, stay up to date on latest recruitment trends.
7. Participate in the development of recruitment marketing plans designed to effectively target critical talent markets.
8. Drive recruitment strategies that align to the business needs and demonstrate a strong ROI.
9. Track and report key sourcing and recruiting metrics.
10. Promotes TTC brand when reaching out to potential candidates.
11. Create and send recruiting emails blasts.
12. Communicates with past applicants/candidates regarding new opportunities
13. Actively participate in all staffing related activities and engage in cross functional projects.
14. Other administrative duties and special projects as assigned by the Director of Human Resources.
15. Other duties as assigned.

Knowledge, Skills & Abilities Required:

Minimum Qualifications:
  • Bachelor Degree or equivalent in Marketing, Public Relations, Business, Human Resources or related field preferred.
  • Two to five years of Sourcing/Recruitment experience, strong understanding and ability to source/recruit high profile roles.
  • Clear understanding of the recruitment lifecycle processes including hands-on experience with sourcing techniques.
  • Experience with creative sourcing methods via cold calling, networking, referrals, internet sourcing, etc.
  • Demonstrated proficiency in MS Office Suite
  • Knowledge of relevant job boards, platforms, social media and other online channels.
  • Knowledge about Title VII, ADA, and other regulations that affect Human Resources helpful.
  • Flexibility to accommodate different professional work styles as well as changing work environments/priorities
  • Self-directed, detail oriented, analytical, and ability to think outside the box
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills required.
  • Consistently arrives at work, in professional attire, on time and completes all tasks within established time frame.
  • Seeks appropriate tasks when primary tasks are completed and assists co-workers as needed.
  • Demonstrates adaptability to expanded roles.
  • Adheres to clinic’s policies and procedures.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience with Provider and/or Physician recruitment
  • Healthcare or related background
  • Human Resources certification a plus.
