You will take the lead on finding qualified professionals who can contribute to our collaborative culture. A strong candidate will be a passionate go-getter with full-cycle recruitment experience who enjoys the challenge of finding and hiring top talent.

Responsibilities:
- Manage the sourcing stage to attract qualified candidates
- Research and attend job fairs at local colleges
- Widen talent pools by conducting site visits to local establishments
- Screen resumes and conduct interviews to determine quality and culture fit of each candidate
- Assist with pre-employment and background checks
- Analyze and review the process of candidate selection and update when needed
- Maintain a record of selection, assessment and progress for each candidate

Requirements
- 2-4 years of recruitment experience; healthcare field experience is preferred
- Ability to travel as needed within and around Westchester County
- Familiarity with job boards and applicant tracking systems
- Willingness to learn and maintain best recruitment practices
- Excellent coordination, time management, and prioritization abilities, including the ability to work efficiently with minimal supervision
- Technologically savvy with proficiency in Microsoft applications
- Bachelor’s Degree in a related field
