What You Will Do: We are looking for a full-time recruiter to source, interview, and hire new talent for our growing organization. You will take the lead on finding qualified professionals who can contribute to our collaborative culture. A strong candidate will be a passionate go-getter with full-cycle recruitment experience who enjoys the challenge of finding and hiring top talent.

Responsibilities:
  • Manage the sourcing stage to attract qualified candidates
  • Research and attend job fairs at local colleges
  • Widen talent pools by conducting site visits to local establishments
  • Screen resumes and conduct interviews to determine quality and culture fit of each candidate
  • Assist with pre-employment and background checks
  • Analyze and review the process of candidate selection and update when needed
  • Maintain a record of selection, assessment and progress for each candidate

Qualifications:
This is a rewarding role for candidates interested in growing within a collegial, high performing HR team. Candidates for this role should have excellent organizational skills, an ability to relate to people, and strong oral and written communication.

Requirements
  • 2-4 years of recruitment experience; healthcare field experience is preferred
  • Ability to travel as needed within and around Westchester County
  • Familiarity with job boards and applicant tracking systems
  • Willingness to learn and maintain best recruitment practices
  • Excellent coordination, time management, and prioritization abilities, including the ability to work efficiently with minimal supervision
  • Technologically savvy with proficiency in Microsoft applications
  • Bachelor’s Degree in a related field
