Talent Acquisition Specialist
Reporting to the Director of Talent Acquisition, this position will support a strategic recruiting function that serves as a partner to our business leaders and drive disciplined and inclusive talent practices. We are a growing company, and we need talent to attract talent. The primary responsibility will be to build the leadership pipeline to facilitate calculated and sustained growth.
Your Responsibilities
- Staffing: full life cycle of the recruitment process for hourly and salaried team members and corporate support personnel to ensure our restaurants and business are staffed at a high level with top notch talent.
- Leverage technology: Maximize use of LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, social media and applicant tracking systems to attract talent at all levels of the organization. Streamline the application and recruitment process to improve time to fill open positions.
- Grow hiring discipline and accountability: Align the recruiting team’s processes and assess opportunities and weaknesses by leveraging quantitative and qualitative data. Drive coordinated action between recruiting team and hiring managers so that we are poised to efficiently hire the absolute best people to drive our mission forward.
- Demonstratethe impact of hiring efforts: Work with external partners and colleagues in HR, finance, and Ops to quantify and continuously improve sourcing, assessing and offer practices.
- Continuouslyexperiment and evolve: Use experience, external data, and internal data to benchmark our practices and identify emerging trends for us to consider.
- Finding the right fit: We are an acquired taste and attract a certain type of team member. Understanding and interpreting this into helping identify talent that is going to thrive in our environment is essential.

Qualifications include:
- 2+ years of in-house recruiting experience high-volume recruiting in the hospitality industry. Prolific experience staffing for New Restaurant Openings.
- Self-starter: ability to work in a fast-paced, remote startup-like environment with minimal direction.
- Knowledge of recruiting best practices and legal considerations involved in the talent acquisition and onboarding process.
- Comprehensive understanding of behavioral interviewing techniques.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $60,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
