Stage 2 Security (S2) is currently seeking a Talent Acquisition Sourcer for remote (telework) from any location in the US. This position is full-time, and the ideal candidate will manage and execute hiring plans and recruiting tasks in a high-growth cyber security company. You will be responsible for understanding business needs as it relates to hiring and talent forecasts and you will be a trusted partner that is expected to continuously raise the bar for making great hiring decisions.
Responsibilities:
Uphold the recruiting process lifecycle, including screening candidates, coordinating interviews, and tracking all recruiting activities up to onboarding new employees.
Specialize in hiring technical cybersecurity talent.
The Talent Acquisition Sourcer will be the initial screening point for talent and will be counted on by the Talent Acquisition department and Client Recruiters to find qualified candidates. Solid networking skills, ability to source on social media and pivot quickly for different roles are essential skills for this position.
Partner with Diversity Equity and Inclusion Council
Co-develop and implement an effective sourcing strategy
Works collaboratively with the hiring manager to define candidate personas
Conducts phone screens and communicates effectively with potential candidates and assess skills
Sources suitable candidates through various sourcing channels including LinkedIn Recruiter, JazzHr, Indeed and social media
Drafts and sends out recruitment messages to potential candidates
Promotes the Client Employer Brand when communicating with candidates on various platforms
Builds and maintains talent pools to meet current and future hiring needs
Follows up on employee referrals
Reviews and dispositions candidates accurately using the applicant tracking system and ensuring requisitions are managed compliantly
Works with and provides support to other team members as required
Assists with special projects tailored to your career growth path
Develop and support business wide engagement programs working to understand/sustain/improve employee engagement and maximize retention.
Focuses on achieving organization goals and objectives.
Qualifications:
This position requires U.S. Citizenship due to our Federal contractual obligation
2+ years of relevant sourcing or recruiting experience
Proficient in MS Office products and capable of learning additional applications
Interviewing skills to support the business with recruitment needs
Willing to attend events, including networking, industry groups/associations, and job fairs
Experience using Linkedin, social media and various other methods to source candidates
Experience building relationships, networking and maintaining a pipeline of candidates
No third-party candidates will be considered
