The role
This Talent Sourcing role involves delivering qualified candidates to their internal recruitment team and will include: -
- Network through various sourcing channels to find candidates with targeted skills, experience, and potential. ·
- Making initial contact and engaging with high performing people across the globe, carrying out an assessment of their suitability for the roles of our client
- Providing insight to a range of challenges that our client faces
Responsibilities
Delivery
- Take thorough briefs and deliver to them within budget. Increase ability to contribute creatively/shape project briefs.
- Follow best practice research methodologies to identify and engage with candidates and where required, competence based assessment.
- Generate on-spec candidates and/or in-depth insights depending on the project requirements.
- Ensure all activity and information gained is recorded on Encore.
- Produce accurate and professional client reports. Ensure that report writing is concise, addresses the brief, delivers to the proposal and that the research has been analysed and presented in the most effective way.
- Develop ability to manage projects autonomously. Ensure each project stays on track, delivers high quality work and meet time and profitability targets.
- Increase bandwidth of volume/complexity of projects managed.
Client Management
- Contribute to client conference calls and meetings, demonstrating an increasing ability to lead the communication or meeting.
- Influence and advise senior stakeholders; seen as the delivery expert.
- Through excellent delivery and client satisfaction, ensure repeat business.
What we look for
You will have a background in technology recruitment gained within either an agency or corporate environment, and will be passionate about delivering a high quality solution. Your skillset should include: -
- Proficient in sophisticated search methodologies and direct sourcing
- Recent experience within the Technology market
- Candidate engagement and assessment
- Self-motivated and able to work autonomously
- A natural curiosity with a passion for problem solving are key to ensuring you are able to gain insights and complete analysis which enables our clients to make better informed decisions
- Additional language skills would be an advantage
