What You'll Do Here
If You Join Us, You Will:
- Help shape RevaComm's future
- Partner with the executive team to maintain and support the culture through company growth by being a key thought partner in talent acquisition. Lead, manage and build the Talent Acquisition team; serve as a mentor to recruiters
- Develop and implement strategic programs to attract, source and recruit top talent
- Improve efficiency in the hiring process
- Serve as a trusted consultant to guide hiring managers through the interview and selection process
- Manage recruitment databases and advertising budgets
- Set clear goals and benchmarks for the Talent Acquisition team and develop processes and programs to support recruiters in exceeding their goals
- Act as a player-coach, leading recruitment activity for a portfolio of positions
- Develop and lead training for recruiters and hiring managers with a focus on candidate and hiring manager experience, compliance, and recruiting best practices
- Ensure compliance with state and federal laws and regulations

- Strategic thinker with tactical and operational knowledge of Recruitment and fair employment practices

- Confident and proactive in communicating challenges or opportunities
- Committed to their personal success, as well as success of their peers
Basic Qualifications:
- Self-directed leader with 4+ years of relevant experience
- BS/MS in Human Resources, Business, or related field
- Demonstrated success in Talent Acquisition functions
- Experience with recruiting for highly technical roles
- Proven leadership experience with the ability to manage and supervise multiple direct reports
- Comprehensive knowledge of employment laws and hiring best practices
- Excellent project management skills in defining scope, schedules, and resources to ensure consistent quality
Preferred Qualifications:
- 7+ years of Recruitment or HR related experience in the technology industry
- PHR, SPHR, or SHRM certification
- Familiarity with working in an Agile environment
- Previous experience working in a startup environment
