We are searching for a Talent Acquisition Coordinator (Contractor) to join our team located at our headquarters in Lake Forest, IL

Your Role:

As a Talent Acquisition Coordinator, you will be responsible for a variety of administrative activities including heavy scheduling for 50 - 70 open positions and supporting multiple recruiters.

You will have the opportunity to:

• Work closely with recruiters and candidates to schedule phone, video and in-person interviews
• Collaborate with key vendor partners to manage the pre-employment background check and drug testing process
• Manage and track vendor invoices, purchase orders, and payment approvals
• Maintain files on Teams (TA and Recruiting Toolkit, manuals, etc.)
• Create new user access for contractors
• Act as a back-up for TA Coordinator teammates when necessary
• Greet candidates onsite as needed for interviews
