What you will be doing in this role: *

• Manages the recruiting life cycle for technical and other talent needs within the organization.
• Provides support in planning future workforce needs.
• Reviews resumes, conducts initial screening interviews, and assists with assessing prospective talent.
• Assists with developing job descriptions for advertising and posting on internal sites and with external agencies.
• Launches offer letters and coordinates new hire onboarding.
• Conducts and coordinates activities associated with pre-employment background screenings.
• Develops and executes on proactive outreach strategies and sources talent through job search platforms and job boards, networking and other resources.
• Develops a strong candidate pipeline, with focus on technology/SaaS positions, through sourcing tools, research, screening, and collaboration with internal teams.
• Responsible for internal training regarding the interview and onboarding processes.

What you need for this position:

• 1-3 years of human resources/recruiting experience
• Bachelor's degree
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to build relationships and work efficiently and effectively
• Strong analytical skills
• Strong working knowledge of Microsoft applications
• Maintain a high level of confidentiality at all times
• Willing to put in significant effort to help drive business growth
• Proficient in the use of social media and job boards
• General knowledge of employment laws and regulations

• 2+ years of technology/SaaS position sourcing experience

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $60,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
