We’re looking for a talent acquisition coordinator to assist in our company wide growth.

This position will focus on sourcing, screening, and recommending candidates for open positions as well as onboarding new hires. They will identify opportunities to build applicant pools, establish trust and partnerships with the hiring managers, identify potential “fit” through effective interviewing and testing, effectively administer the interviewing and onboarding process, and ensure a positive new hire experience. This individual must understand, model, and represent GrayMatter’s core values throughout the recruitment process. In addition, all activities must be in compliance with Equal Employment Opportunity laws, HIPAA, ERISA and other regulations as appropriate.

General Job Duties:
  • Consult with hiring managers and people operations team on position descriptions, requisition creation, and sourcing strategies
  • Research and recommend new sources for active candidate recruiting
  • Recruit and perform talent acquisition activities such as resume and phone screens, candidate interviews, recommend final selection of applicants and close qualified candidates
  • Arrange pre-employment testing (Predictive Index)
  • Place and update appropriate job postings in ATS that feeds to internet/intranet sites
  • Represent the company at recruiting events (i.e. college job fairs), providing company/job information
  • Create offer letters, maintain applicant tracking system, and other recruiting/onboarding administration functions as needed
  • Conduct new employee onboarding, ensuring process is engaging and that processes are followed and accurate
  • Respond timely to internal and external applicant situations, and applicant requests as required

Knowledge, Skills and Experience Needed:
  • Bachelor 's degree in Human Resources or applicable field
  • Prior talent acquisition and interview experience is preferred
  • Base understanding of hiring principles, laws, and procedures
  • Must possess excellent oral/written communication, presentation, interviewing, and interpersonal skills
  • Strong customer services, negotiation skills and ability to interact with employees at all levels throughout the company
  • Excellent time management, multitasking, and organizational skills
