JOB SUMMARY:
The Talent Acquisition Coordinator (TAC) supports internal and external recruiting processes while partnering with recruiters and hiring managers to ensure a smooth transition from candidate to new hire on-boarding. TACs are responsible for scheduling and coordinating interviews across multiple functional disciplines/locations, coordinating pre-employment paperwork, providing administrative logistical support, assisting with events, as well as ad hoc projects.

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Deliver a best in class interview experience for both candidates and the hiring team.
  • Maintain and update Ceridian Dayforce-Applicant Tracking System (ATS) to initiate and document relevant recruiting and onboarding tasks/information.
  • Maintain and track applicant flow and feedback loops in conjunction with the hiring manager.
  • Coordinate interviews with candidates, recruiters, and the business, with a strong emphasis on creating a positive candidate experience.
  • Craft and maintain an interview schedule log ensuring all interviews are efficiently tracked.
  • Assist with phone screens and resume review as necessary.
Post-recruitment, pre-employment process.
  • Ensures a smooth onboarding and positive candidate experience for any new hire teammates.
  • Coordinates all paperwork for new employees prior to start date.
  • Process requisitions, offer letters, and ensure background checks are completed in a timely fashion.
  • Verifies licenses and conduct verification of degrees/diplomas/certifications.
Administrative support to Talent Acquisition team.
  • Aid in facilitating and tracking internal employee referral program.
  • Post, monitor, and audit career site and other external posting sites to ensure all job listings are accurate (compliance).
  • Generate regular reports, and ensure high quality data.
  • Support special events, such as job/college fairs, and community-level networking events.
  • Provides regular recruitment-related reporting (e.g., applicant flow, job status, posting volume).
  • Support the broader TA team on additional duties and ad hoc projects as needed.
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:
Education

Required: High School Diploma or Equivalency
Preferred: College Degree in Human Resources
