Job description
This position is a mix of onsite and work-from-home environments, with the ideal candidate sitting in the Atlanta, GA metro. The ability to be onsite, as needed, to meet with candidates and attend various meetings is extremely important in this role.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Develop and execute the recruitment lifecycle for Global and Regional Support Center positions from job requisition creation through job offer
- Partner with key stakeholders to determine a talent strategy, including individualized sourcing strategies, focusing on our People First initiatives in building a diverse slate of qualified candidates
- Establish collaborative relationships with the HR, Workforce Management and Compensation teams, driving the interview and offer process
- Ensure compliance to company policies/procedures as well as with all applicable laws and government regulations.
- Aggressively meet/exceed annual, monthly, weekly recruiting objectives to include, but not limited to, contacts, leads, interviews, hires, market penetration, cost savings, improved time and quality of fill
- Possess a strong passion for delivering the ultimate candidate experience along with a genuine desire to surprise and delight candidates
EDUCATION & EXPERIENCQUALIFICATIONS
- 4 year degree preferred
- 4+ years’ experience as a key talent acquisition consultant within a corporate/ in-house environment
- Ability to identify, analyze, develop strategic solutions for filling open positions with diverse qualified talent
- Ability to effectively communicate and interact with various levels of leadership
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Outlook, Applicant Tracking Systems, and the Intranet, including utilizing social networking sites to source candidates
- Workday experience preferred
- Strong knowledge on pairing sourcing strategies to the leadership level of the candidate
REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS or ABILITIES
- Excellent written and verbal communication.
- Strong understanding of the recruitment lifecycle, interviewing, and general TA practices
- Experience with talent sourcing techniques and knowledge of supporting technologies
- WorkDay experience preferred
- Experience influencing leaders and driving decision-making in a complex organization
- Ability to multi-task and prioritize
