GUARANTEED at least $22/hr after training!!

After training, make at least $22 per hour, GUARANTEED!
You will earn $15 per hour while in class. The 6 week class is 4 hours per day, 4 days per week.

After successful completion of class and training, you are guaranteed to make at least $22 per hour (base pay plus tokes) based on a monthly average. If your average for any given month is below $22/hr, the company will issue you a check to make up the difference.

STARTS: June 5th

SCHEDULE: Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, Friday; (4 hours per day) 9 am - 1 pm.

COURSE LENGTH: 6 Weeks – Regular attendance is mandatory. Last day of class is July 14th.

GRADUATION: Upon successful completion of this training, you will have the opportunity to audition. Once you pass your audition, you will be invited to join our talented team of Table Games Dealers! (Graduation from Dealer School does not guarantee employment).

To be successful in the Dealer** position after graduation, you will need to perform the following essential functions:

• Must be 21 years of age

• Must be able to work nights, holidays, and weekends

• Greet each guest with a bright, genuine smile and enthusiastic verbal greeting

• Generate fun and excitement at all times

• Exchange cash for gaming chips according to established procedures

• Know and abide by gaming Regulations and company policies and procedures.

• Must be able to stand and work with your hands for long periods of time and work in a smoking environment

• Must qualify for, obtain and maintain a gaming license from the Indiana Gaming Commission .
