As a Talent Acquisition & Attraction Associate, you’ll play a vital role in our success. You will provide the Talent Acquisition Specialist with strategic support and help guide candidates through next steps, while ensuring an optimal candidate and hiring manager experience throughout the entire recruitment process.

Key Responsibilities
  • Execute actions that can lead to an optimal experience of the candidate, providing logistical and administrative support to the recruitment process in all functions and geographies
  • Support the Recruitment Specialist in recruitment activities, when relevant (Manage the schedule of interviews/assessments and coordinate interactions between the candidate, HR and hiring manager)
  • Create and store the hiring documentation and update the data of the new employee in the system (Workday and ServiceNow HR)
  • Maintain communication with outsourced suppliers
  • Support the Specialist in Talent Acquisition and the People Partner in consultations with officials/managers for the creation of job requisitions
  • Ensure complete satisfaction of stakeholders at all times

Connecting with candidates and internal stakeholders gives you energy throughout the day. You are highly independent, enjoy working at a fast pace, and adapt to change quickly.
As for the skillset and experience, we are looking for:
  • Bachelors Degree in Business Administration, Psychology, or related areas
  • Experience in conducting Recruitment and Selection processes, including but not limited to sourcing and candidate screening
  • Knowledge in HR systems (ATS – especially Workday) strongly preferred
  • Intermediate knowledge in MS Excel and PowerPoint
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to navigate a dynamic environment
