Lockheed Martin Rotary and Mission Systems
(RMS) is looking for an Energetic new graduate
with a degree in Aerospace Engineering, Systems Engineering, or similar engineering focused degree for a Systems Engineering position on the Modeling and Simulation Framework (MASC-F) program in support of the U.S. Missile Defense Agency.

As a Systems Engineer on MASC-F, you will be involved with the following system engineering activates covering the full range from concept development to operations

• Model Based System Engineering (MBSE)
• System requirements
• System interfaces and architecture
• Support development and integration
• System Test & Verification
• System Concepts

The MASC-F program implements Agile SAFe processes, and the system engineering team members are fully integrated into the Agile cross-functional teams.
Basic Qualifications:
** Eligibility to obtain a Secret Clearance prior to work **

Complete a BS degree in related engineering discipline - Systems Engineering, Aerospace, & Computer are most aligned; other related engineering degrees are welcome.

Ability to Work Remotely: Part-time Remote Telework: The employee selected for this position will work part of their work schedule remotely and part of their work schedule at a designated Lockheed Martin facility. The specific weekly schedule will be discussed during the hiring process.
Work Schedules: Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.
Schedule for this Position: 4x10 hour day, 3 days off per week
