We are looking for a team player who can:

• Communicate with (or to) individuals or groups verbally and/or in writing (e.g. customers, suppliers, associates).
• Coordinate and support security measures to safeguard information against accidental or unauthorized damage, modification or disclosure.
• Maintain operation of system hardware through monitoring functionality, preventative maintenance, identifying and reporting or resolving performance issues.
• Provide support to internal and external customers by researching data on system and network related issues.
• Respond to and resolve critical systems issues (e.g., system or hardware down); respond and follow up on urgent customer requests.
• Respond to internal and external customer calls related to orders, claims, damages, billing issues, etc. by researching and resolving system-related issues.
• Troubleshoot all system and user issues (hardware and software); report issues and status to manager, leader, or customer throughout the troubleshooting process.
• Install, monitor, maintain and repair system hardware, software, and peripheral equipment, following design or installation specifications.
• Perform daily administrative tasks including pass down reports, billing, user access coding, filing, etc.

Minimum qualifications

• 18 or older
• The ability to pass a background check and drug screen
• Associate's Degree in an information systems related field (computer science, management information systems)
• 1 year experience in an information systems related field (e.g., computer science, management information systems).
• Experience managing servers, software applications that need to be updated, and troubleshooting IT issues.

Preferred qualifications

• 1 year work experience maintaining and troubleshooting computer systems (networks, computer hardware and software)
• 1 year experience with MS-office software
• Experience working with Walmart Logistics applications (e.g. Global Logistics Systems (GLS), Trailer Manifest System (TMS), Global Distribution Systems (GDS), IBM CICS (Host)

Should you be offered and accept a role at Walmart Real Estate Warehouse #10805, you are expected to be willing to learn and be able to drive Power Lifting Equipment of various models. It is not a requirement to have any experience doing so, but candidates must be willing to learn and drive them. This might not be a daily task, but the possibility exists.

Wage & Benefits:

Full Time: Starting at $22.95-$26.45/hr**

(with wage progression - $0.50 increases at 90, 180, 360, 540, 720, and $1/hr at 900 days)

Hours:

5 days a week, 8-hours a day

• S1: Monday – Friday 6am-2pm
• S2: Monday – Friday 2pm-10pm

Shifts are assigned based on business needs and can't be chosen by the candidate.
