Liberty Resources is seeking an Employment Case ManagerThe Employment Case Manager provides services and supports to individuals looking to enter or maintain competitive employment within the community. Essential Job Functions
- Develops employment opportunities within large and small businesses in our community.
Assists individuals to maintain a good working relationship with their employer through counseling, role-modeling professional skills and appropriate communication in the workplace
Develops plans of service with individuals working in supported employment program to assist them in maintaining employment and reaching their long and short-term goals.
Qualifications
- Bachelors/Associates and one (1) year experience or HS Diploma and two (2) years related experience.
- Must have valid NYS driver’s license and reliable access to transportation.
