NRG USA is looking for Support Center Representatives Monday-Friday from 11:00 AM-7:00 PM
Salary will be discussed during the interview
Accountabilities:
- Answer between 50 + incoming calls daily in a confident and courteous manner
- Answer general inquiries related to point balances, membership, surveys and incentives
- Build and maintain relationships with panel members by providing prompt and accurate service
- Strong writing skills
- Zendesk, Salesforce, Dynamics experience is a plis
Knowledge:
- Basic computer skills for standard office-setting applications (Microsoft Office)
Skills:
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to solve problems
- Good oral/written communication skills
Experience Required:
- High School diploma or GED or equivalent work experience
- 1 + years of customer service or call center experience
