Day in the Life:

• Source, target, and recruit highly qualified talent using techniques and tools including referrals, networking, cold calling, and data sourcing tools
• Conduct & complete detailed discovery calls with potential candidates
• Present opportunities and requirements to candidates
• Align candidates with opportunities for which they are qualified and the best fit for the opening
• Strategize with the CEO & fellow recruiters to assist and launch all new client opportunities
• Effective planning, organization & prioritization between our Account Managers & our clients

Qualifications:

• Self-motivated, self-starter
• Tech-savvy and social media proficiency
• Exceptional interpersonal skills
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
• No phone reluctance – confident in your ability to drive conversation & nurture relationships over the phone
• Previous experience in a recruiting role preferred

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $50,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
