WHY THIS ROLE IS IMPORTANT:

• Participate in the creation of a professional supply chain organization with supporting systems.
• Build and negotiate productive relationships with the vendors/suppliers/partners of to deliver significant cost advantages and top-shelf service levels to the Franchisees.
• Effectively interface with broader IXS supply chain organization, proactively manage supply of chemical products to keep costs low and supply uninterrupted.
• Contribute to sourcing profit center; drive material revenue and profit stream
• Assist with product management function that drives effective services/SKU management, product/services innovations to drive same store sales.
• Develop new or improve existing processes for all things supply chain including strategic sourcing, transactional procurement, demand and supply planning, transportation and logistics, warehouse management, inventory management, and distribution.
• Optimization of saleable assets (inventory) to ensure the highest return on net assets.

THE BACKGROUND THAT FITS:

• Deep supply chain experience across vendor management and negotiations, direct sourcing of product, and management of supply chains (from raw materials to finished goods).
• Has participated in the transformation of organizations and built processes and systems from the ground up.
• Demonstrated data analytics, data mining, and ability to translate into actionable plans.
• Contract negotiations experience desirable (knowledge of legal terms/concepts is a plus).
• Experience in developing category/commodity sourcing strategies is a plus.

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: $90,000.00 - $110,000.00 per year
