Job Summary
Responsibilities:
- Works in collaboration with internal and client personnel to provide effective communication to supplier and distributor regarding contractual agreements.
- Create and distribute reports on pricing implementation and compliance with contractual agreements.
- Manage to resolution compliance issues and financial restitution, as required.
- Monitor and update client and distributor locations list, as required.
- Monitor and update Distributor Contract terms and fees through contract management system.
- Monitor and update Client Inventory List through contract management system.
- Provide contract management reporting to internal and client personnel, as requested.
- Analyze systems and process for improvement and redundancy.
- Attend meetings and provide analysis of supply chain management issues and opportunities.
- Support Senior Management with Ad Hoc reporting.
Qualifications:
- Advanced computer skill sets in working with MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Access, Power Query, PowerPoint, SharePoint, and Outlook).
- Experience in working with Task Management Software
- Completion of undergraduate degree and/or equivalent business experience in customer service
- Customer service focus
- Collaborative - works well as a member of a team.
- Demonstrated ability to innovate processes and procedures.
- Detail-oriented with exceptional organizational and prioritization skills, deadline management, and requiring minimal direction on activities.
- Flexibility to adapt to ever changing business needs.
- Strong verbal and written communications skills
- High level of Integrity and Ethics
- Foodservice Purchasing/Supply Chain experience preferred
