Open Role: Supply Chain Coordinator

The Supply Chain Coordinator owns the execution of supply chain strategy by working cross-functionally with
Operations leadership, logistics and 3PL partners. This role will maintain accuracy of shipments, customer pricing, inventory and invoices while meeting KPIs for fulfilment and transportation.

RESPONSIBILITIES: o Manages all 3PL sales order processing, and order fulfillment o Manages all inbound logistics including, import documentation, load tracking and Item receipt’s o Manage all internal transfer logistics o Communicates regularly with buyers and logistics partners around order updates, inventory position, and freight claims o Manages reporting on fulfillment / transportation metrics (OTIF) inbound and outbound and actively works to meet outlined goals o Monitor Inventory Levels at all supply chain points, manage weekly reporting and perform monthly validations.

REQUIREMENTS: o Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or similar field o Advanced level Excel user o Ability to manage complex planning tools o 1-2 years of experience managing 3PL networks and partners o Ability to analyze trends and recommend transportation and storage plan adjustments o Facility presenting scenario data in both Excel-based, visual, and verbal formats o Experience with Oracle NetSuite ETP platform strongly preferred

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $65,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year
