We are looking for a Supply Chain Coordinator to join us immediately! You will be responsible for overseeing, executing, and improving Gesture’s overall logistics and supply chain management. You will also act as the point of contact for our suppliers and G-runners.

Responsibilities

• Monitor the Order Feed and respond to/claim all orders received while on shift
• Fulfill any orders that need to be completed
• Check Order Database for any orders that are scheduled for the next week
• Maintain proper execution of Order Fulfillment SOP, including communication between sender, driver, store/vendor, and recipient
• Outreach to customers after completion of any order

Qualifications

• Pursuing or obtained a Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, or related field (preferred)
• No experience with order processing and project management (preferred)
• Advanced verbal and written communication, organization, negotiation, and analytical skills
• Knowledge of G-Suite, Cliq, Zoom or similar applications

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $150.00 per month

Schedule:

• Monday to Friday
• Weekend availability

Supplemental pay types:

• Bonus pay

• High school or equivalent (Preferred)
