Supply Chain Analyst

Job Purpose

Supply Chain Analyst analyzes data and methods to predict and improve delivery of products to franchise locations.

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Create, update, and maintain monthly ingredient orders sent to food distributors.
  • Support and work alongside Buyers by providing detailed forecasts and/or quantifying PO adjustments.
  • Track and analyze historical data from vendors and suppliers to create reports.
  • Maintain supplier pricing catalog in all ERP Systems and provide monthly price variance reports.
  • Analyze information to support strategic supply chain projects.
  • Support in developing, promoting, auditing, and driving adoption for procurement processes and policies.
  • Review and assist with purchase order and/or invoice discrepancies to resolve pricing, quantity, and unit of measure issues.

Qualifications

  • Highly proficient in Excel and other MS Office applications.
  • Experience with macOS and Apple products.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Experience with MRP/ERP systems.
  • Knowledge in PostgreSQL and databases.
  • Ability to work cross functionally with members in other departments / other locations.
  • Ability to report on data, but also look at it from many angles, determine what it means, and then recommend ways to apply the data.
  • Strong organizational skills, close attention to detail, and ability to meet deadlines.
  • Strong analytical understanding and capacity to support strategic supply chain projects.
  • Ability to work independently.

Working conditions

This job operates in a professional office environment. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, online file management software, and Crumbl-specific technology. Work from home is not available. Must be able to remain in a stationary position for an extended period of time, but a standing desk is available.

While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to talk or hear. The employee frequently is required to stand, walk, use hands to touch, handle, or feel, and reach with hands and arms. Prolonged periods of sitting and working on a computer.

This position requires the ability to occasionally lift office products and supplies up to 50 pounds.
