Hybrid location - 2 days onsite, 3 days remote

JOB OVERVIEW:

This position will oversee the project implementation and reporting for the Care Chemicals. Working with cross functional teams to drive data analytics and facilitating data driven decision making across the organization. The position will be involved with but not limited to logistics, freight payment, inventory customer satisfaction and master data. It requires collaboration with Customer Care, Logistics, Procurement, Sales, Product Management, and 3PL Logistics Partners among others

Knowledge and Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • minimum 1 year Supply Chain Experience or equivalent
  • SAP experience preferred
  • Strong computer skills with the ability to effectively use Microsoft Office products, particularly Excel
  • PowerBI Experience a plus
  • Execution oriented with strong problem-solving skills.
  • Proven experience in driving innovation and continuous improvement
  • Demonstrated ability to make value-added contributions in cross-functional project teams
  • Excellent organizational, communication, collaborative and interpersonal skills
  • Self-motivated, strong analytical thinking capability, proven ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Excellent internal and external customer focus

Core Responsibilities:

  • May include but not limited to:
  • Implementation and oversight of freight reporting programs to drive revenue growth for the organization
  • Oversight of delivery service reporting to the customer base and actively working to identify and improve in problem areas
  • Close collaboration with cross functional teams to resolve customer related issues and improve the overall supply chain
  • Oversight of key KPIs to ensure visibility across the organization
  • Collaboration with 3PL network to ensure inventory accuracy across all package types

Business environment

  • Dynamic business environment where changes (increases or decreases in demand) come with little lead time while supply situations are regularly constrained. Products are small quantities, high dollar values with sporadic and volatile demands

Level of Autonomy/Decision Making Responsibility:

  • High degree of empowerment on day to day responsibilities and for management of supply disruptions
  • Knows when and how to escalate issues
  • Responsible for creating resolutions to issues and gaining appropriate buy-in for path forward
  • Works independently

Job Types: Full-time, Contract

Salary: $28.00 per hour
