The Supply Chain Account Manager is a client facing liaison that supports day to day operations for specific assigned clients, by analyzing customer data to help streamline operation and provide world class customer service
JOB SCOPE:
The Supply Chain Account Manager supports a minimum of $66M revenue generating contracts with Third-Party Logistics (3PL) clients
REPORTS TO:
Business Development Mgr
Responsibilities/Skills/Experience Requirements
- Coordinates the day-to-day operational needs and communicates strategical needs to both 3PL client(s) and warehouses by providing daily/weekly/monthly/yearly reporting
- Analyzes and addresses opportunities that shift business and strategic direction of account(s) and ensures Service Level Metrics (SLA s) are being met/exceeded
- Compiles client data and provides forecasting to warehouses for proper unit staffing and identifies potential constraint opportunities
- Meets with various 3PL client(s) to understand their business needs and objectives and ensures that critical processes run effectively to achieve their organizational goals
- Follows up with 3PL client(s) to review account agreements and resolves any issues related to service or scope
- Monitors client provided Scope of Work (SOW) and ensures it is in alignment with TransformCo's physical workflow
- Conducts reconciliation of monthly billing and ensures all price levers are in alignment to scope and being recorded accurately
- Analyzes data driven results and offers recommendations and options to generate growth, increase revenue, and optimize profitability
- Monitors and reports scheduling compliance accuracy across inbound and outbound on all warehouses
- Monitors and reports on Overages, Shortages, or Damages on all warehouses and recommends necessary actions to improve operational efficiency
- Reviews scope documents and work requirements and drafts price lever costing for new client(s)
- Bachelors Degree
- 3-4 years of related experience
- Valid Driver License for the State of employment
- Up to 25% travel
- 18 years of age or older
- 1-5 Years Customer service
- 1-5 Years Logistics experience (preferred)
- Ability to work remote
- Exceptional Microsoft suite skills, Excel, Power Point, Word, Access
- College Degree in Supply Chain/Business or related field
- 1-5 Years Logistics experience (preferred)
- Ability to communicate and interact with Clients, DC leadership and Business leadership
