SUMMARY:

Eagle, a Justrite Safety Group company is looking for a Supervisor (Distribution Center) for their Wellsburg, WV operations. This position will work the afternoon shift and is responsible for the supervision of warehouse employees to ensure products are received, put‐away accurately and timely, and customer orders are picked, packed, shipped accurately, and meets/exceeds the customer’s expectations. This includes all North American and International customer shipments from Wellsburg. Also, this position is accountable for WMS management, employee safety and along with adding value to the business through continuous improvement.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Responsible for staff scheduling to include work assignments/rotations, employee training, employee vacations, overtime assignments, back‐ups for absent employees, temporary employment, Schedule and participate in Company‐wide department meetings.
• Coordination of inventory, warehousing, material handling, and packaging of Justrite Also includes inventory reconciliation, problem resolution, and.
• Develops, analyzes, and presents reports, including but not limited to, forecasts, productivity, and Conduct, lead, or implement the appropriate process audits; the audits will identify the need for the appropriate containment, corrective, and preventive actions, leading to minimizing or eliminating process deviations and non‐conforming product root causes.
• Oversees operational training of new employees and continual training of existing employees on production changes, safety issues, products, Administer and investigate accident, attendance, and process disciplines along with corrective action counseling.
• Monitor International Warehouse operations, including shipments from
• Perform back‐up duties as required, including filling in for Afternoon Shift Distribution Center clerk.

REQUIRMENTS:

• Supervisory experience in a warehouse/distribution– Required
• S. in a technical or management field required. – Preferred
• Ability to prioritize and organize demanding workload in a fast‐paced
• Strong decision making
• Assertive, persuasive, and diplomatic – excellent interpersonal skills
• Able to process workflow and solve
• Knowledge of shipping, distribution, and order
• Proficient in Microsoft Office MAPICS and BOSS experience preferred.
• Basic mathematical skills
• Frequent movement through office, plant, and warehouse Ability to step upon and down from platforms as needed.
