Commercial Construction Superintendents Needed! McCuen Construction, Inc. is seeking to fill several new positions for Commercial Construction Superintendents on projects in the Placer County and North Tahoe regions. Preferred candidates will have the following:
- Minimum of 5 years’ experience supervising Commercial Construction
- Experience in working with the DSA and CA or Nevada Public Works is preferred
- Understanding of construction techniques, drawings and specifications
- Ability to plan, coordinate and supervise jobsite functions (scheduling, material control, equipment requirements, manpower requirements)
- Ability to maintain mutual respect with company employees, customers and subcontractors
- Ability to facilitate safety meetings and maintain a safe work environment
- Ability to inspect work in progress to ensure that workmanship and materials conform to specifications
- Proficiency in the utilization of a PC, Office, MS Project or other, cell phone and email
