What You Will Be Doing
You will be responsible for setup and managing $5-50 million dollar design-build projects. You will also be managing over 25 sub-contractors on site and will be responsible for meeting deadlines, safety, financial management and assist with preconstruction services.
What You Need for this Position
5+ years in design-build construction
- Managing 25-30 subcontractors on projects
- Managing projects with budgets over 5 million dollars
