Job description

This PWS covers systems engineering and logistics services to Naval Information Warfare Center (NIWC) Atlantic in support of United States Marine Corps (USMC) and similar Department of Defense (DOD) communications systems. The related systems are comprised of, but not limited to, tactical, satellite, terrestrial, ground communications, and client computing equipment consisting of both hardware and software elements.

Essential Duties & Job Functions:

Provide direct support to the Acquisition Services team lead including the government sponsor and his/her managers daily.

Provide technical assistance and oversight of a major cutter overhaul in Charleston SC.

Resolve issues for USCG cutter crew, NIWC installation team and various vendors.

Estimate, track, and present task budgets.

Track and brief various government agencies on assigned tasks.

Other duties as assigned.

Mandatory Requirements:

Must have a SECRET security clearance as a minimum at the time of employment.

Twelve (12) years of hands-on experience with task specific project, to include three (3) of the following four (4) areas: Systems Requirements, Operational Requirements, Test & Evaluation, and Training. Recognized expert who has demonstrated industry and public service leadership in relevant technical field

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $102,000.00 - $127,000.00 per year

Schedule:

• 8 hour shift

• North Charleston, SC 29419: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)

• Top Secret (Required)
