-Journeyman rate of $29.56 per hour (with yearly guaranteed raises) based off of skill and training level
-40 hour weekly guarantee with incentive bonus as follows:
45-50 hours increase of $.50 per hour (retroactive to hour 1)
50-55 hour s increase of $.1.50 per hour
55-60 hours increase of $1.65 per hours
60-65 hours increase of $1.75 per hour
65-70 hours increase of $2.00 per hour
70 or more hours increase of $2.50 per hour
