Finley's Barber Shop is now looking for an exceptional, licensed Stylist/Barber at our shop in Westminster. As a Stylist/Barber of Finley's Barber Shop, we are seeking an exemplary individual who is confident in their hair cutting and barbering skills, ability to motivate others, increase revenue for yourself and the shop, comply with shop policies, standards, and licensing regulations.

JOB REQUIREMENTS:
As a Stylist or Barber at Finley’s Barber Shop, you will be required to meet the following requirements:
- Colorado Cosmetology or Barber License
- At least one year of Barber Shop/Salon experience required.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Confidence in men’s hair cutting & barbering skills, knowledge of clipper cuts, scissor cuts, etc.
- Able to work in a fast paced environment and ability to multitask
- Punctual, on time, and highly motivated
- Ability to keep a set schedule, ability to work weekends
- Dress professionally, follow dress code, and maintain a polished appearance at all times
- Age: Must be at least 18 years of age
JOB DESCRIPTION:
As a Stylist or Barber at Finley’s Barber Shop, you will be required to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Perform all services for clients that have been booked on your work schedule
- Be familiar with all Finley’s services that you will be providing
- Follow all Finley’s and state policies, cleaning tools & stations between clients
- Assist in cleaning duties, laundry, sweeping, etc.
- Maintain a professional work environment and relationships with fellow employees and clientele
- Keep a positive attitude, greet all clientele, and treat every client with respect and professionalism
- Work given schedule consistently, get any shifts covered as needed and follow policy for shift coverages/sick days/ vacation/ etc.
