As a Store Manager in training (MIT) you will:

• Hold your team accountable for performance standards
• Provide leadership to the store team by rewarding and recognizing performance, coaching employees
• Drive store execution and performance (sales)
• Consistently progress towards the completion of program milestones
• Represent and live Jockey values

What you bring to the team:

• Must be 18 years of age
• High School diploma or equivalent
• At least 2 year of leadership experience in a service driven environment
• Relocation flexibility may be required (in excess of 250 miles).

Pay Range $24-26hr

Jockey International provides salary ranges for positions on job advertisements based on state and local requirements.
