We are seeking a full-time Store Manager to join our team and willing to manage East Rutherford location.

For more than a year we are an integral part of the community.

WHAT WE NEED

This position will report to the Owner and will be responsible for all daily operations including (but not limited to): scheduling, managing inventory and placing orders, shopping at local stores, coordinating fundraisers and birthday parties, promoting community involvement, store level marketing and maintain cleanliness.

WHAT YOU SHOULD HAVE

Qualified candidates MUST HAVE 1 - 2 years experience managing or assistant-managing a quick service or cafe style restaurant. Candidates will be able to demonstrate experience and competency with managing the overall operations of a small retail store, including managing junior/senior employees, communicating effectively with customers and store management, lifting 20+ pounds, and thinking creatively to handle any challenges that may arise.

Essential Functions:

• Managing the entire operation responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the hiring, administrative processing, orientation and ongoing training of store employees of staff from 6-14 people.
• Knowing, teaching and adhering to local, state and federal labor and health laws.
• Responsible for monitoring the ongoing cleanliness and sanitation throughout the store through employee training and following posted stores checklist(s) and procedures.
• Works within the local community to set up fundraisers with various schools, churches, and other organizations.
• Visiting local schools and meeting with school administrators, teachers, PTA leaders and explaining our Local Store Marketing program along with its benefits.
• Work as a “team” member to assure constant and consistent quality, service, cleanliness and value to each customer.
• Follow all company policies, cash handling policies and procedures
• Communicate effectively with customers, fellow employees and store management
• Effectively operate a cash register and balance the register at the end of each working day
• Maintain all brand standards according to Orange Leaf corporate policy

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: From $15.00 per hour
