K & G Petroleum LLC is a privately owned, growing company involved in all areas of fuel and convenience stores with branded Conoco, 7-11 and Jenny’s Market stations across the Denver metro area. We are looking for self motivated, and experienced manager for our Castle Rock location.
The Store Manager position is responsible for maintaining and operating a Company-owned retail facility in a safe, customer focused and profitable manner. This includes supervision and training of employees as well as managing sales and expenses to optimize results. We are looking for a candidate who possesses a positive, team oriented, management style. If you have an enthusiastic and upbeat attitude and the knowledge and skills listed below, we want to talk to you!
- Experience in retail sales and operations
- Understanding of business financials
- Ability to optimize the customer service experience for our customers
- Desire to train, motivate and empower team members
- Understanding of market drivers to leverage sales
- Previous convenience store management experience highly desirable
