Indy Clover is looking for someone fun, friendly, and fashion-minded to join our team! Indy Clover Ogden has an immediate full time opening for Store Manager.
Here at Indy Clover, we are changing the way people buy and sell used clothes! We believe in creating an experience for everyone who enters our doors, and this starts with you! Working here you will help our Sellers have a great experience selling their used clothes and our customers catch the lucky finds!
We are seeking a candidate with the following qualifications:
Reliable: We need a person who will show up on time and is hard working
Focused on Customer Service: Our employees need to provide excellent customer service to our buyers and Sellers and come to work with a positive attitude.
Fashion-Minded: It helps a lot if you enjoy fashion and clothing!
4 years of retail experience
2 years of management experience
Responsibilities include:
- Build relationships with sellers and customers
- Assisting sellers in setting up their booths
- Providing excellent customer service
- Check out customer at the register
- Clean and organize the store
- Hiring and onboarding of store attendants and social media managers
- Training new employees
- Schedule empoyees on a bi-weekly basis
- Run payroll
- Inventory
- Organize seller reservations
- Submit payouts to sellers
- Work with ownership on a regular basis
Hours and Pay
General Store Hours:
- Mon - Thu shifts are 9:30am - 2:30pm and 2:30pm - 7:30pm
- Fridays 9:30am - 4:00pm and 4:00pm - 10:00pm
- Saturdays 7:00am - 1:00pm and 1:00pm - 7:30
Required Management Hours:
- Two weekday shifts
- Saturday mornings
Pay:
$40,000 annually
