• Performs function of Boiler Operator.
• Power Plant responsibilities
• Exhibits proper operation of emergency generators
• Routine testing
• Emergency situations
• Performs complete water and chemical analysis tests
• Monitors and maintains power house equipment on a daily basis.
• Maintains equipment operating logs in neat and orderly fashion.
• Performs P.M.'s on all equipment, as assigned
• Monitors all alarm panels and takes appropriate corrective actions when necessary
• Reports and records unusual equipment and system occurrences and takes appropriate action, as required.
• Performs annual maintenance and cleaning of the Boilers

• Ability to read and communicate in the English language. High School graduate or equivalent required. Black Seal, High Pressure – In Charge or Blue Seal Boiler Operator License required.
