LHH Recruitment Solutions is looking to fill a Staff Accountant job opportunity for this East Bay company located in Pleasanton, CA. This position is 100% in-office. The right candidate should have at least 4 years of experience as an accounting professional.

The Company will consider qualified applicants with arrest and conviction records
Responsibilities include:
- Assist with the month-end close
- General Ledger account reconciliation and analysis
- Record monthly amortization of prepaid taxes and insurance
- Responsible for monthly corporate allocations
- Prepare and distribute corporate financials
- Maintain fixed asset schedule and record monthly depreciation
- Assist Controller on projects as assigned
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or Finance preferred
- Grant accounting experience preferred but a solid foundation in accounting (GAAP)
- Software experience with a medium to large ERP
- Industry experience in a non-profit would be preferred
- Team player, proactive, and organized
- Attention to detail, problem-solver, and strong time management skills
- Excellent communications (written, verbal, and patient)
- Comfortable with Microsoft Office (Excel – Advanced, Word & Outlook)
