RSI EnTech (RSI) is currently seeking a Sr. Scheduler to support our client located in Chattanooga, TN.

The Sr. Scheduler is responsible for supporting Project Managers in project scoping, planning and scheduling; change control; problem identification and resolution support.

This position is currently working from home, but will be based out of the client's office in Chattanooga, TN when the client resumes in-office operations.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Develop and update project schedules using Primavera P6 scheduling software.
  • Periodically review the project status by analyzing actual physical progress and reported activity completion and comparing that information to the project schedule.
  • Prepare summary and detail level reports which are the fundamental monitoring tool to identify progress and problems with projects.
  • Operate in a team work environment to resolve schedule and resource constraints.
  • Prepare status reports and provide detailed analysis on project status
  • Monitor activities to identify potential contract changes.
  • Work with the project team, management and the client to define contract changes in scope, schedule and cost.
  • Conduct baseline change control in accordance with established procedures.
  • Participate in management reviews, as needed.
JOB KNOWLEDGE:
Education –Bachelor's Degree in a technical or financial/business field, or related technical field desired plus several years of progressively more difficult project control experience. Detailed knowledge of project control practices, methods, procedures. PMP Certification by the Project Management Institute or Primavera P6 certification is desired.

Experience – Demonstrated application of project control concepts, processes, methodology, and techniques. Significant experience with Primavera P6. Demonstrated ability to use PC based software (Word, Excel, Access, Power Point). Demonstrated ability in problem solving and analysis. Demonstrated ability to effectively communicate at all levels of management.
